The journals published by SFU are dedicated to current topics and are characterized by interdisciplinary approaches to these topics. By making the journals freely available to the public (open access), the journals build a bridge for the global exchange of knowledge. Their publication in German and English also ensures easy access for national as well as international audiences. Multi-level peer review processes ensure a high standard of quality, paving the way for important contributions to research.   • SFU Research Bulletin
    With the SFU Research Bulletin, SFU answers the demand for accessibility of research results. Since 2013, the journal has published results from the scientific fields of psychotherapy science and psychology as well as related disciplines. Through a multi-stage peer review process, SFU guarantees the quality assurance of the journal and thus makes an important contribution to current research in these fields.

  • Journal for Free Psychoanalytic Research and Individual Psychology

    The range of topics to which the journal is devoted is broad and includes psychotherapy, pedagogy, society, humanities, and cultural studies, as well as training issues and questions about the problem history of individual psychology. Each issue is designed by an editor.

  • Intoxication. Vienna Journal for Addiction Therapy
    The quarterly magazine regularly includes a thematic focus on addiction. The first issue was already published in 2012 with the main topic “gambling addiction”. For this, the editors collect scientific aspects on these main topics and thus illuminate addiction from diverse aspects of research.
